One Small Step - Terms and Conditions of Sale

  • All vouchers are sold with a 12 month redemption period from the date of purchase (no extensions or refunds are offered).
  • Footsteps will be added in batches four times a year, so your name may not appear immediately. They will be displayed for a minimum of 12 months from the point of display. You will be contacted after 12 months to ask if you wish to renew your sponsorship, which you are free to decline and or ask to be removed from any future contact regarding sponsorship.
  • You can include a name and/or dates on the footstep, but we cannot include profanities or anything not within our ethos and values as a family focused charity.
  • There is no cash alternative offered, however, should our prices increase we will honour the redemption with no additional payment required.
  • Lost or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.
  • Voucher is non-refundable and is not for resale.
  • There is a maximum of 22 characters - 2 x rows of 11 (including spaces) available on the footstep.

This will depend upon the voucher purchased and the availability of the event. If an event is already sold out, or not part of the voucher you have bought (for example you have a Film Club voucher and wish to book a day out), the website will not support the redemption.
