Film Club - Terms and Conditions of Sale

You can redeem the voucher up to 12 months from the date of purchase. 

No, all vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within a 12 month period. 

This will depend upon the voucher purchased and the availability of the event. If an event is already sold out, or not part of the voucher you have bought (for example you have a Film Club voucher and wish to book a day out), the website will not support the redemption. 

• All vouchers are sold with a 12-month redemption period from the date of purchase (no extensions or refunds are offered). 
• Premium/Special Events can be booked using the Day Out voucher, but they can sell out, so booking early is recommended. 
• Voucher does not include evening or paid for additional events, parking, travel etc. 
• All vouchers must be redeemed in advance through the steps listed above. A voucher does not guarantee entry if you arrive without a booking. 
• Please bring the voucher with you, on the date of your visit. 
• Lost or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced. 
• Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.  
• Photocopies will not be accepted.

You will be contacted after 12 months to ask if you wish to renew your sponsorship, which you are free to decline and or ask to be removed from any future contact regarding sponsorship.
• You can include a name and/or dates on the footstep, but we cannot include profanities or anything not within our ethos and values as a family focused charity.
